from £610 in the low season, £870 Mid season, £1350 in the high season {p/w}

Changeover:    Saturdays  

Clients to provide their own linen. Pillow cases, sheets and quilt covers for two single beds and one King size {5'} double bed.  

Linen is available if arranged in advance from Steve & Pat {caretaker}. Details on request         

We request a 25% deposit to secure a booking.

The balance is due no later that 8 weeks prior to the holiday plus a refundable bond of £100 to ensure property is left clean and tidy and that the keys are returned.
