Clients to provide their own linen. Pillow cases, sheets and quilt covers for two single beds and one King size {5'} double bed.  

We request a 25% deposit to secure a booking.

The balance is due no later than 8 weeks prior to the holiday plus a refundable bond of £100 to ensure property is left clean and tidy and that the keys are returned.
