                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                As already mentioned the former Salcombe Hotel has been converted into luxury apartments, flat 41 being on the top floor, serviced by a lift. The Salcombe is run on a very professional basis with permanent staff always on hand. The Salcombe enjoys some of the most magnificent views in England looking directly out over the estuary. The Salcombe is situated directly on the waters edge accessed through private grounds. There is secure off road parking {barrier pass} for one car per flat, however Flat 41 also offers a private garage for either a second car or storage for a small boat or dinghy.

Along the 350' water frontage there is a floating pontoon with private moorings for each apartment {available from May to October}. There is also a slipway within the grounds to enable easy launching.

Dick & Wills Restaurant is situated on the ground floor offering high quality food and friendly service to all residents as well as the public - open all year.

Flat 41 has recently been totally refurbished to a high standard. The centrally heated flat sleeps four and comprises; two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, lounge/dining room leading onto a balcony through sliding patio doors overlooking the swimming pool, paddling pool and private gardens. Whilst the views from the lounge and master bedroom look out over all the estuary the kitchen and bathroom have views directly down Fore street, into the town. Flat screen digital TV's in all rooms plus DVD player.

There is a payphone in the reception as well as a phone in the flat. A laundry is situated on the first floor. The swimming pool and paddling pool is heated between May and September and is available to all residents.
