Flat 41 is an ideal base for a holiday for young and old. Salcombe provides a whole array of things to do and see. The town of Salcombe, with its narrow streets, shops and galleries, is full of character and is situated on the waterfront near to the mouth of the estuary. Coastal paths offer the walker the most spectacular views; local beaches have clean golden sand; water activities are plentiful and there are numerous local pubs and restaurants to visit. Alternatively, it can be just as pleasant watching the activity on the water from the comfort of the apartment.

The clean and tidy seaside town of Salcombe is surrounded by beautiful countryside and is designated a Local Nature Reserve and a Site of Special Scientific Interest. Salcombe encompasses the nearby villages of Thurlestone, Hope Cove, Bolberry, Soar and East Portlemouth. Warm summers and Britain's mildest winters make Salcombe ideal for all seasons.  There are also three good quality golf courses in the area and nine award winning beaches which the flat makes an ideal base for all. Local courses include, Bigbury, Thurlstone and Dartmouth.

We offer an off-road parking space through a secure barrier plus a private mooring on the floating pontoon for a small boat of no more than five metres in length. It is possible to get off this mooring at all times other than low tide. There is also a private slipway within the grounds whereby you can launch and recover your boat or dinghy.

Guest can bring their own bedding and linen or we can provide a linen service whereby bed linen and towels can be supplied and beds made up prior to your arrival and left for laundering by our cleaning staff on your departure.

There is an exclusive restaurant and bar on the ground floor of The Salcombe which can be accessed without leaving the building. This is the only restaurant in Salcombe that offers a waterside dining experience and views across the harbour.
